Mindfulness meditation provides the space needed to help ground us in the present moment. In this class, you’ll learn techniques to help ease stress and anxiety by focusing on the breath and body, ultimately relaxing in the here and now.
All levels of meditation awareness are welcome. The class will be a combination of dharma / instruction and a 30 minute guided mediation, followed by Q&A and discussion.
$15 suggested donations greatly appreciate, to be shared with the instructor and the community space.
Alexandra is a certified meditation instructor and recent East Nashville transplant. She primarily teaches in the Buddhist Mindfulness tradition, leading from the heart in an honest, relatable, no-BS style, true to her NYC roots.
