Connect and tune into your heart. In this class, we’ll begin by grounding in the body, and transition into a metta / loving kindness practice. We’ll work on opening the heart to be more compassionate, empathic members of our communities.
The class will be a combination of dharma / instruction and a 30 minute guided mediation, followed by Q&A and discussion. All levels of growing awareness are welcome.
$15 suggested donations greatly appreciated, to be shared with instructor and the community space.
Alexandra is a certified meditation instructor and recent East Nashville transplant. She primarily teaches in the Buddhist Mindfulness tradition, leading from the heart in an honest, relatable, no-BS style, true to her NYC roots.
