In this class you will find your deepest breath through a series of breathing exercises meant to bring the body into the parasympathetic state of relaxation while balancing your chakras and releasing tension in the body, mind, and heart. Breath work will be followed by a guided visualization meditation and some time for silence.
Kate Wilke is a Yoga Instructor RYT-200, Meditation Teacher and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Kate teaches alignment-based yoga and focuses on deepening the breath to increase flexibility, while incorporating strength-building sequences. Kate’s passion is helping clients find their happiest and healthiest selves through balance, self-love and prevention.
