No experience necessary to be guided in this practice of quieting the momentum of thoughts. Just come as you are, open to be lead and supported in the practice of inward focus. 

Certified teacher, Aerin Higginbotham is passionate about leading people to self-empowerment and the cultivation of mindfulness and self healing. Aerin’s personal practice was inspired by a background in professional dance and lead her to train in various styles of yoga and healing such as: meditation, vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, yin, and restorative. Her deep curiosity in the mind body connection and internal intuition keeps her a lifelong scientist and explorer of these simple but powerful practices. With the deepest gratitude to her many incredible teachers and to her personal practice, she works to share the gifts of strength, light, and love to all who cross her path.
