Mono-printing: an inked or painted impression of an image that is printed onto paper, but in such a way that only one of its kind exists; incorporating unique hand-coloring, flat objects or collage
In this workshop, students will learn to make unique, low-cost monoprints with cut paper, leaves, flowers, lace, fabric, etc. Participants will be encouraged to approach the monoprinting techniques offered experimentally, opening the door for one of a kind artworks and connecting with their own creativity and intuition.

Instructor info: Alexandra Jo Sutton is an artist and fitness/wellness instructor in Nashville, TN, with an MFA in visual arts from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. She believes in holistic wellness and the power of connecting and balancing the body, spirit and mind. Through a blend of practices, she believes anyone can achieve physical, mental and emotional awareness.
